Shipping Information

Our shipping department works diligently to assure that you will receive your package on time and without any damage. We package all merchandise carefully.

Shipping charges are billed at published rates plus a $2.25 handling fee per order (not per package). Expedited handling/shipping is available at additional cost. We offer domestic shipping via UPS and USPS, and international shipping via DHL and USPS.

For all orders to be shipped outside the United States we will render a pro forma invoice including shipping and handling charges. If requesting shipment by mail, for orders outside the continental US, we cannot guarantee the package and will not be responsible if the package is lost.

Please indicate the date that you need the item(s) when ordering. Russell-Hampton Co. makes every effort to get the merchandise to you when you need it. If you authorize expedited shipping when placing your order we have a much better chance of meeting your date.

For domestic shipments of stock items, your credit card will not be charged until we ship the order, except for for items which are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. In those cases your credit card will be charged before we place the order with the manufacturer. For all International shipments your credit card will be charged as soon as you have communiated your preferred shipping method and authorized us to charge your card.
