International Orders
We are pleased to provide our quality products and superior customer service to Clubs/Districts and Rotarians in other countries.
Ordering on our website is quick and easy. Customer Service will then provide you a shipping quote by email giving you pricing for several shipping options. Once you have replied to the email with your preferred shipping method your order will normally be shipped within 24 hours.
All our prices are in U.S. Dollars. Your credit card company will make the conversion into your currency at the current exchange rate. Most orders will go through customs. You will be responsible for all duties/taxes your government requires. Our invoices will only reflect the cost of the merchandise enclosed in the shipments and the corresponding shipping charges. Our invoices will not include any duties or taxes you might be subject to.
We value your
business and will do everything we can to ensure the
quickest shipment of your order.
Regretfully, we
cannot ship orders to an address outside the United States
on the same day the order is placed.
Due to the
additional paperwork, handling, communications, and
financial processing we need a minimum of 3 days to ship your
order. We have had to implement a minimum order of $100 on international orders also.
Since we will be in
contact with you by email regarding the status of your
order, an email address that is valid
and that you check regularly is very
important.
All International orders must be paid by Credit Card.
